Contact Email [email protected] with the issue, steps to reproduce it, your device model, iOS / iPadOS version, and Craftive version. Do not send your Apple Account password, verification codes, or payment card details. Private original photos are usually unnecessary for troubleshooting. Purchase or restore Pro Open Library in Craftive, enter Settings at the top left, and open Craftive Pro to view available plans, prices, and eligible trial offers. Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Refer to the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation screen for the applicable price and terms. If Pro remains locked after purchase, make sure the Apple Account used for App Store purchases matches your original purchase account. Connect to the internet and tap Restore Purchases on the Craftive Pro screen. Contact us if access is still missing. Apple purchase restoration help Manage or cancel a subscription On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Craftive, then follow the controls to manage or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To avoid renewing after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Purchasing Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Apple subscription help Refunds Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple determines eligibility and processes the request; we cannot directly change your Apple payments. Apple refund help Saving and your creations If saving fails, check available device storage and Craftive's Photos permissions in system Settings. Ordinary saving requires permission to add photos; the dedicated album also requires full Photos access. Keep the current editor open while retrying to preserve unsaved changes. Saved creations are managed by the system Photos app. Unsaved edits are not stored as projects that can be reopened.
